Due to the two day Jubilee Bank Holiday, the June open committee meeting will be held on Monday June 11th. This will be at the usual time and venue: 7 p.m. at the Moseley Exchange B13 8JP.

We would like you to join us, Kings Heath Residents' Forum and the 2012 Council candidates for an evening of incisive questioning in the run-up to the local elections, which fall on May 3rd this year. We are delighted that candidates from all of the parties have agreed to join us:

Liberal Democrats - Martin Mullaney

We are holding the event at Kings Heath Baptist Church (80 High Street, Kings Heath, B14 7JZ), and David Isgrove will Chair.

Come to the SusMo stall at the Farmers' Market, near the steps to St Mary's Church, to get free "Heatkeeper" radiator panels, to get advice about saving money and saving the planet - and join the campaign to reduce CO₂ emissions in Moseley.

St Mary's Church has launched a consultation to determine what improvements can be made to the Churchyard of St Mary's Church.

The Parish of St Mary in Moseley wish to implement an access and interpretation
scheme to improve the churchyard environment with the aims of:

• telling the story of the church & its churchyard
• improving security and tackling anti-social behaviour
• transforming it into an accessible green space for the benefit of the local community & visitors to Moseley

The Church has commissioned the environmental consultants & landscape architects, Moore Environment, to construct a questionnaire - with an accompanying leaflet to explain some of the issues - and so survey the people of Moseley for their views.

Views are being sought about these proposals to improve the Churchyard and all completed questionnaires will be entered for a prize draw to win a £25 Marks & Spencer voucher.

All responses to Moore Environment's survey for St Mary's Churchyard must be returned to the Parish Office of St Mary's Church, (nextdoor to the church on St Mary's Row), by 27^th July 2011.
