SusMo is one of three finalists in a competition that will provide significant funding to cut C02 emissions in Moseley - see SusMo page on this website.
SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
15 SEPTEMBER at 19:30
Rooms 3 + 4 Council House
Purpose of meeting to consider the resolution:
"This meeting agrees to dissolve the Birmingham Association of Neighbourhood Forums and to wind up BANF as a company limited by guarantee".
At present BANF has no confirmed income to meet future liabilities so it has no alternative but to initiate steps to close down.
Please lobby BeBirmingham and local councillors - try to prevent the closure - find out what is planned to replace the service provided by BANF.
Councillor Martin Mullaney responded promptly to my concern on receiving notice of the SGM. He reassures Moseley Forum that our grant from the City Council is not at risk.
This week - 22-28 June - is Recycle Week.
How refreshing - a campaign that wants you to do less, not more!
This Recycle Week is all about the many, easy ways we can all waste less.
