Ashby St Ledgers Shoot is run over 2500 acres of undulating mixed arable and dairy farmland all of which is in the countryside stewardship scheme with over 25 kilometres of grass margins benefiting game and other wildlife. A 14-acre lake surrounded by woodland dominates the northern end of the shoot whilst the more open undulating south and eastern part.
Ashby St Ledgers Shoot provides a wide variety of game, including:
