Established in 1991, Lime Tree Pantry to meet the demand of good quality pies, made with wholesome ingredients and proper short-crust pastry, rather than flimsy puff toppings or bland flaky cases. We believe that we are the last commercial pie maker producing pies in this gloriously old-fashioned way.
The bakery at Ollerton in rural Nottinghamshire produces over 15,000 delicious fruit & savoury pies each week, with customers including the Royal Estates of Sandringham and Windsor, and the Farm Shop at Chatsworth.
